2.  I think that i could improve the quality of some of my pictures and creations like on the sports page i dont think that i used the sports balls very well because they are kind of just there in the middle of the page and its not very attractive or creative. I also dont like how on the first page there isnt very much on it i think i couldve done more to it.

1. What i like most about my designs are that they all relate to the Mario theme but they are all unique in some way. I like how i stuck to the colour theme of mario and i changed the name into our schools name but it still looks like the mario one. I like how i made my own characters like mr. Kuntz and the soccer and hockey players.

Art page

For my art page i am going to put on art from visual arts and media arts from a variety of students and this semester it will also be in the mario theme. i will use the colour theme of mario for the text and maybe a level from one of his games for a background or something but i will change it around and add the art in.

The theme page

For my theme page i am doing a sports page and i will have a lot of the spots here from shhs like rugby, hockey, Golf, basketball, and curling.

Yearbook design

Cover- For the cover of my yearbook i am going to have a super nintendo witha game in it and then change the name of the game to sacred heart 12 or something and then i will have the game up on the tv and it will be kind of like mario but i will change everything around so it still kinda looks like mario but it wont be the exact same as him . Also i might have someone holding a contoller but im not sure yet i might jn=ust have it sitting on the ground.

Barbara Kruger assignment- Reflection questions

     a.       What do you see in this piece of art (describe it)?

            In this peice of art i see a man trapped behind bars with a computer in front of him like the computer has trapped him in and he cant get out.

      b.      What kind of message did you try to give in this piece of art?

            The message i wanted send is that we are in such awe to our technology and a lot of us could probably not go a day with out it. it has poisoned us with the thought that we need it everyday to survive and to get through a day, if we dont stop it will control us.

c.       Do you like or dislike this piece of art?  Why?

                                    I like some of it like the guy behind the bars because i think that it really shows my statement in the picture. what i dont like is that its not very colourful and dosent really want to make you look for a long time only for a short period of time.
